Description of construction process

1. Whether the working surface is flat can be observed with naked eyes or with a horizontal ruler;
2. The working surface must be firm to ensure the durability of the paste;
3. The working surface must be clean to improve the firmness and durability of the paste;
4. The construction temperature should generally reach more than 10 degrees Celsius. If the plate is too hard, it can be heated by warm air to make it soft.

1. Construction tools. Including circular saw cutting machine (or carpet knife, woodworking chainsaw), adhesive, serrated scraper, planer, tape measure, packaging tape, sandpaper (600 mesh), etc.
2. Protective tools. Precautions must be taken when cutting and polishing ultra-thin marble. It is recommended to always use appropriate gloves, goggles (or safety glasses) and dust masks.

The construction of ultra-thin stone is relatively simple, as long as the basic level is ensured, the back is coated with structural adhesive, and the paste is fixed.

The construction process is: measurement → cutting → trimming → gluing → construction → adjustment → completion.

Due to the different materials used at the grassroots level, the points that need to be paid attention to are different:

1. Wood substrate. Using all-purpose glue, the back of the product and the wood substrate need to be glued, waiting for the glue to dry and not stick to hands before fitting. After bonding, a wooden block and a hammer are used to knock out the air.
2. Cement wall. Using structural adhesive, the back of the product and the cement wall should be glued, especially around the back of the product.
3. Glass or acrylic base. Apply crystal glue evenly.
4. Do arc or cylinder. Beat the wood substrate first, then use all-energy glue to attach it, and then use mosquito nails to reinforce the corners.

5. Metal strips for groove seams, guizhou glue and groove seams. The periphery of a single ultra-thin marble usually needs to be pasted with protective strips in advance so as to make the jointing between ultra-thin stones. After the ditch and seam treatment is done, the product is bonded to avoid overflow of glue on the product, and then the interface is compacted and fixed again before the construction is completed.
6. Surface paint usage. After the product is attached, apply the paint evenly on the surface of the product with a brush or sponge. The paint is Milky White before drying and becomes transparent after drying. Because the color of the product after painting will be deeper than that before painting, it is recommended to do a small area test first to confirm the desired effect before carrying out large-scale construction.
